Pipes
Pipes take the hot water from the boiler all round the school. There
are other pipes that take cool water back to the boiler to be re-heated. |
Boiler room
Fuels, such as gas, coal or oil are burnt in boilers to heat large
amounts of water. Look out for the chimney that lets out the smoke. |

Radiators
Radiators help the heat from the hot water pipes warm the air in rooms and corridors. |
